I ordered a laptop from the site at the end on July. They charged my card but never processed my order or delivered my product. 3 days after the promised delivery date I requested a refund. It has now been 10 days and they are still holding 10,000 pounds of my money. In addition they have attempted to charge my card daily for an additional 10,000 pounds.

App is not compatible with my poor old iPhone, every time I open the app it asks me to update, when I click ok to update, sorry, not compatible I can’t neither use the old app nor update to the current version, so what to do???

Cannot open the app after updating because of IOS version Now I’d delete then re-download the old version, but still not open Please urgently feed me back
