Application is too slow, many items stated to be bought is store only while previously we can buy them only. When I called customer service and asked for a manager to call me the lady said within 48 hours but after a week passing now no one has called me! App has some faulty features, it’s not easy to add items in the cart, so many times, while items gets added cart still showing empty, so many small items can not add them in the our cart and they need to be collected while it is a small plastic bin or a small cookware or a small mini teacandle holder, etc... why we can’t add everything we need at once? Had items in my cart that were removed

I had a very pleasant experience at IKEA Dubai Festival City especially services provided by Jane Borita. She was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I would have bought more products if I was not in hurry. Because of her services I will visit the store again. She is friendly and approachable, readily available to answer my questions and provide assistance. She made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. IKEA Dubai Festival City is my go-to store for all my shopping needs, and I highly recommend it to others.

Not as user friendly as the laptop website, menu doesn’t direct to rooms therefore need to type what I need and scroll through a lot of none relevant items. Not very intuitive ( would not recognize cutting from chopping). I had to delete the app 3 times in 2 months as items wouldn’t go into basket or get deleted). Forgotten password function wouldn’t deliver reset password email. Disappointing overall
