A place where you have to order everything separately, and when you think you’ve finally ordered what you want, you realize you forgot one thing—so you end up ordering again (a system designed to make you spend more money). Don’t worry, the will make sure that you feel like it’s your fault. If you are wondering what happened, I ordered a bed frame and a mattress, it later arrived WITHOUT slatted bed base. It wasn’t my first time ordering a bed, but nope, somehow it’s my fault for not knowing that some bed frames don’t come with a bed base.
