I’ve had the Ebikemotion Pinerillo Dyodo for 5 years (now with Mahle app) now and love it, although it has considerable drag at all 3 levels when you stop pedaling, of course heavy too.
Just purchased an new Oreba Gain custom build with the new X20 system, which I’m very impressed with the improvements…EXCEPT there is a entire level difference in power. I ran Level 2 on the Dyodo majority of time, but on X20 I have to run Level 3 and it’s still not as powerful. What’s the problem here? Will adjusting the Motor Maps Customer Max on all 3 Levels help? Spent over $10,000 on the Gain and it’s almost to hard to do hills with my heart failure issues. Please HELP! Thank you.

Contacted by customer service and explained the issue. Have not had any problems since. Customer service contacted me immediately after the problem. Mahle has been very helpful in solving the problem.

The app works well in general. Have a few issues however. First the default metrics show European even though they look at first to be set to Imperial (Distance, Altitude and Height) I change them then they default back and i go back to metrics and set each back to Imperial and save. So annoying. Second, the app crashing multiple times yesterday and I lost data around an active session. Get a spinning symbol. I was forced close and restart. Third, the app asks for my email and password all the time and does not go to face recognition. Also no place to save your log in info from the login page. All little annoyances that could be easily remedied. H
