Tried to download and pair the app with my SC Dash E 600 computer. Continually shows "searching" even after successful initial pairing, and on swiping right to update, the computer disconnects from the app every time. Burned about an hour trying to connect this thing and it simply doesn't work. No clue how a global company like Shimano can make such a piece of garbage

This app is for adjusting settings & updating firmware for your Di2
The “Ride” version is to use your iPhone as a bike computer…which if you have a Di2 I guarantee you own a proper bike computer

What a convoluted system ! There is no “listen for Bluetooth” anywhere in any electric device system on this planet idiots! I have been trying for 2 weeks to reset the system but CANNOT CONNECT because i have only 2 hands and one screen. The gears are great tho, i hope they Shimano finds another tech group soon….schmucks,
