TQ E-Bike

The app works okay if you only have one TQ bike. It has quirks where as you can not get precise setting. Say you want to set 100% assist, the app will decide to set 99% or say 101%. For some reason it really does not like round numbers. The biggest issue though is that you can only use it with one TQ bike. I have 2 TQ based bike. The other odd a Trek and fortunately I can use the Trek app for that one otherwise I’d be SOL. It’s ridiculous that you can not set up multiple bike and for each bike you cannot save and set up multiple profiles. It’s like the app was designed by someone who’s never actually owned or used multiple mountain bikes before.

ASSIST Assist is the factor which the motor amplifies your pedaling power. Assist ranges from 25% to 200% Ex: Rider input is 100 watts then amplified 75% by the motor. 100 W x 150% = 150 W motor output

What it does, it does well, but there are still some obvious features that haven’t been added despite being around awhile…. Saving various motor tune profiles would be SO useful! And the new SW version feature doesn’t seem to work on my Trek Ex-e…. I hope they will continue to develop this.
