Hidden Strength

I have been using hidden strength for over a year & words cannot describe how grateful I am for this charity. I absolutely love the fact the therapists don’t say really “cliche” things like “Have a bath”, “Go on a walk” etc and are genuinely so down to earth and caring. The app has so much flexibility for when you need support & not to mention- it’s FREE. There’s so many barriers in the mental health system but hidden strength are really working wonders to break them down, so please, if your a young person struggling- look into this app!! It’s helped me so so much, Thankyou Hidden Strength💜

I cannot stress this enough this app is absolutely amazing. I tried kooth because it was advertised at my school and I need d some help but to be honest it was not as good. Hidden strength provides healthy recipes, advice, diary, mood tracker and so much more. If anyone needs help like I did get hidden strength I no longer need as much help as I used to thanks to hidden strength. I really hope this app goes global because it will help so many people. I just have one more thing to say if you need help don’t be afraid to ask for help trust me I know it is tough but in the end it will all be worth it.

Honestly I thought it was gonna be a really good app and I would be able to get the help that I need, and it does seem like it is a good app, however I have had the app for almost a month now (or around that duration) and still have not received a message. I hope they'll be able to get more people so as people can be helped as I know that there are more like me. Hope I can receive a message soon and everyone else who needs a reply gets it :).
