I was logged out of my app and can no longer log back into it. When i try it says “System busy, try again later”. I’ve tried restarting my phone, undownloading then redownloading the app and even resting my watch to no avail. Can figure out how to get of the company or any customer support. Before this the app was great!

I was enjoying using this app with my watch as a inexpensive alternative to an Apple Watch. Recently, they released a new firmware update that allowed the watch to receive messages and alerts from your phone. That was working great for like two weeks and now my phone and watch will not pair anymore. I’ve tried deleting the app deleting the data re-pairing the watch and phone…and it just will not work.

Saddened by the limited choices for the face. Even more disappointing is that I upgraded my phone and now can’t sync my watch, it says the email is already used. I tried to go back to the old phone to change the password so I could disengage and try again on new phone, and it won’t send me the link I need to make the change. Now I’m stuck with a watch and no way to keep track of my progress. 🙁

After connecting the wearable device through the InxFit app, you can:
