It keeps a good record of the seizures. However, after installing the latest version, my caregiver isn’t notified of when a seizure occurs. Yes, we have tested and retested. Each of us have accepted each other’s usernames, yet the issue still remains. No communication between either party! I like the app but I feel as if I may need to search elsewhere? Any suggestions?
I’m trying to set up the app for my 12 year old daughter but the app won’t allow her to sign up with her iCloud account. I have the app on my phone and am signed up as a caregiver under my iCloud. I also have the app on her iWATCH and iPod as a patient. The app works as far as the alert but I’m not receiving any notifications on my phone as a caregivers. The main reason we wanted the app was to be notified.
The only issue with this app is I can’t connect to my caregivers meaning that if they don’t hear the alarm that no one knows I’m having a seizure.
