JOUST.

The graphics are relatively faithful to the game. Basic functionality is there but there are some bits that don’t work correctly. You cannot joust the teradactyl in the mouth to kill it. It just always kills you. You cannot bounce off the cliff, it just stops you. If you touch the lave you cannot escape by flapping hard to get out, you just die. The teradactyl occasionally hangs around on the next level. Especially level 5. If you accept those, the game is fun to play.

Spent many an hour with this game as a kid. They did a pretty good job bringing this back. Unfortunately it seems to crash a bit more then I’d like to admit. You could be playing and off it goes or if you try to place your name on leadership board…again, crash. Hope the developers look into this and haven’t abandoned the game. Work out those kinks and your in for fun

Joust is one of my favorite games of all time and the midway arcade version from a few years ago was the best to come out. This one is def the best out T this time however the controls are a bit clunky. They could have given us a digital joystick or least two different ways to navigate like digital Dpad, this game is not free. Also the mechanics are a little clunky, speed slows down if you hold the button which I have never experienced. If you can conquer these defects you can reign the sky’s once again. Hopefully an update gives us more controller options
