Vanilla iced coffee constantly shows out of stock even though it’s not (when you walk-in)
Used to work well and was a great way to avoid the line. Now my payment fails about 80% of the time and the order doesn’t go through. I have tried different credit cards and installing it on a friend’s phone but still had the same problem. Please fix!
Hi Devs, I’m going to give a low rating so you see this review and tackle the issue with points not being updated. My order history shows 3 orders totaling nearly $16 but my reward points have been stuck at 5. This could possibly be happening because I’m using the reorder button to order the same drink again and again. Your store at 20th St in SF had run out of loyalty cards. I switched to using the app because of that. Please fix this issue now because it’s kind of silly to have a loyalty program that doesn’t work both ways.
