Have my Philippine number and account.
After around 60 days in the US I was automatically logged out of the app. Can not log on to the app to check and maintain my account. App continues to sent one time PIN numbers to this Philippine phone number here in the US but never receive it because no Philippine cell signal here. Keep in mind, I still can send and receive text messages internationally using this Philippine number in the US. Just not able to receive the one time PIN to log back into the app. Once logged out the app is useless outside the Philippines. Please help.

The Philippines will never improve if companies like Globe just keep operating business as usual. This app and Globe service is worse than in any 4th world country. In any country in the world you would have your problem fixed within an hour. Everybody from the CEO on down needs to be fired and a competent management team brought in as a replacement. The eSIM conversion feature doesn’t work, nor does the payment system. Customer service is non existent! This is exactly why the world looks at the Philippines as the number one 3rd world scam country. It’s not the average person that’s the problem, it’s the corporate greed. Is there ANYBODY in that scam company that looks at the reviews??? Every single one is a one star critique of the lousy products and service yet all people hear in response is the same canned insults..”We’re sorry nothing works, we’re constantly striving to improve, please visit our non-existent, worthless customer service if you need anything else.”
Apple needs to remove this worthless app.

Renew feature in the app but three (3) problems 1.- it lets elapsed the plan and then your accumulated data gets erased and you have to start all over again. 2.- since this happen i went to remove the renew option and even erased my new plan i had to immediately buy a new one. 3.- if you have an application that is so well versed with banners. Have the time of your current promotion when you inquiry the data left. In general a poorly designed improvements you need to hear what we encounter in order to improve. Data share with features does not work it ate all my load since the data in the Home Wifi was consumed. Please reach out to customers
