Zero customer service. If the boxes aren’t breaking down nonstop then when you try to actually put a load on your box. Don’t ever ever select auto renewal because it will prevent you from buying a load when you need it for your home Wi-Fi. I have fought and struggled to try to get someone to do anything about this. It claims that you can’t unsubscribe until you’re in the 48 hour then when you get to the 48 hour window, then it still doesn’t let you unsubscribe. Not been able to load my home Wi-Fi now for over 10 days. I have sent emails. I’m now loading tickets every time I get on with the bot it tells the same stupid thing that isn’t actually there. Then I want you to call 185 but you have to have your their SIM on your phone I’m from the USA and I don’t have their SIM on my phone. I have a US SIM on my phone and I have to keep it for my banking, etc. You should be customer service, regardless of whether you have theirs or not. Because I’m paying for service. I’m out of my mind. Frustrated with ditto. Absolutely one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my life. And I’ve dealt with many after 66 years on Earth.

I recently downloaded this App and bought their Home Wifi and I'm disappointed with the experience. The app frequently crashes, making it nearly impossible to complete any tasks and their 5G is always rolling back to 4G. The user interface is not intuitive and feels cluttered, which adds to the frustration. Additionally, the app seems to consume a lot of battery life, even when running in the background and then intentionally roll back to 4G so that it consumes your allocated Data and you always reload again. While the concept of the app is great, these issues make it difficult to use effectively. And also on the negative side note, the customer support team was not all responsive and polite, but unfortunately, the technical problems overshadow any good aspects. I hope the developers address these issues in future updates. Until then, I can't recommend this app.

Focused entirely on selling with little to no focus on supporting existing customers. Impossible to find tickets. Help agents require a 28 minute hold. You are constantly bombarded with useless popups trying to sell you something. The app just becomes a huge waste of time. You really need to hire decent user interface people to help you design your apps better
