I used to be able to access my account without any issues, but after the recent update, the app now asks me to select a Bill Period before I can proceed. Unfortunately, the dropdown arrow doesn’t work on my iPhone, so I can’t choose anything or access my bill details. I’m also confused about the Consumption field. Is this supposed to be my water usage (e.g., cubic meters) or the bill amount? The app doesn’t make it clear, and I also can’t find where this information appears on the actual bill. Please fix the Bill Period dropdown issue on iPhone and make the Consumption section clearer or provide instructions on where to find it on the bill. The app was much easier to use before this change.

The app is working for me and allow to keep track of bills. But I recently had a new connection/account and you would have thought that it will automatically show up in the app since the new account is registered to the same phone number I used for this app, but no. Anyway, I went ahead and manually added the new account in the app but it has been months and the status is still pending. Good thing there is an SMS bill notification. But I also want to confirm that my payment went through by checking in the app.

I keep on checking this app everyday to ensure I'm on top our water bill because we do not want our water supply to be disconnected just for non-payment because we can definitely pay our bills. But this app keeps on loading, it doesn't go through. I was waiting for our water bill instead but I didn't notice anything, we didn't know our billing date because we just moved here in this city. On the 25th, we woke up with no water. I had to install this app on iPhone SE 2020 so I can pay it. I even went to the office to pay the reconnection fee, and was advised that it'll be reconnected within the day. But no, it was still not reconnected. We work at night so we had to sleep during the day. We can't travel all the way back to SM Megamall to follow up because we live in Antipolo City.
