Right now, I am unable to open the app. It keeps telling me to update the app though I have already downloaded the latest version. Promo bundles are very poorly balanced, a couple of months ago you could register a promo for 199PHP and that gives you 24GB of surfing the net. Now it’s down to 15GB, a very poor choice especially now during a pandemic. Shouldn’t you prioritize surfing/wifi consumption and speed ect. during times like this? Very disappointed therefore I’ll rate it 1 star.

i have been using globe eversince since 19sss so sad that their app is not working properly and i've notice that eventhough im not using the internet it did take up almost half the balance. and why change the promo from 24G to 15G you know a lot of people are in need during this pandemic

I already updated the app but every time I open it, the app keeps on telling me to update it. I can't open the app, I can't see my data balance. They also change their promos . March of this year I was able to register the promo 199 for 24 gb but now it's down to 15gb for 199. THERE'S A PANDEMIC YOU SHOULD BE HELPING THE PEOPLE WHO NEED INTERNET AND NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEM. POOR SERVICE!
