I’ve been watching the development of Beam with great interest after I stumbled upon the website. The first version certainly doesn’t disappoint and even the simply act of logging your daily mood helps you to focus on what’s affecting your overall well-being. Couple that with data coming from my Fitbit and banks and the insights generated have already proven to be invaluable. If you want to understand your life better it’s a must download!
This is a great app! It lets you balance input from a much wider group of inputs than the others I’ve tried and does a great job of pulling insight out of it. Well worth a try. Nigel
