Excellent and requesting to change the UI for more customers friendly design.

I think the most important feature *Rapid Account* was not perfectly work till now. Last week I tried many times for opening new account by using this feature ***Rapid account** but I am very disappointed that on the last moment after completing all formalities when system want to take my selfi (picture) …. The app crashed and automatically close. Then I again tried and same thing happened. That’s why I give them *one star* but it shouldn’t give them *one star too* cause the most important feature of their app is not perfectly working yet. Why I say : it’s important feature? Cause:- When anyone go to their branch (mainly one branch ) their most of the officers who are responsible for opening account ; was not maintained **Professionalism** properly and some of them are too much rude (as they treat *account opening person as beggar*). That’s why for account opening purposes….no one should not visit their branch (mostly one branch) anymore. If after one month they will not … fix the problems (bugs) of *Rapid account* people should go another shariah based bank instead of them.

Colour of background and text under the interface icons is almost a mess! Barely visible on white background. Dark mode with better colour combination can be a better option. Thank you !
