Frustrating Experience!
This app is extremely disappointing. The dashboard is unresponsive and often doesn’t display anything. Transferring money is impossible, and the app frequently goes blank. Nothing works smoothly, making it completely unreliable. Not recommended!

Very bad
I never thought that an established bank like UCB Bank would make such apps. Earlier I could not use my iPhone Thirteen Pro Max well. The dashboard turns white. Fund transfer turns white. There are no other options. Now I changed the device to iPhone Fortune Pro Max. Same problem. .

Very bad design of the app
This app has lot of issues. Dashboard doesn’t work. You can’t see any information in dashboard and fund transfer tab. Noting useful on other tab also. Try to use the web version rather then app.
