Concora Credit

I saw a lot of negative reviews, however I have two cards with the company, and no issues so far and no issues with the app. I got Milestone and indigo for rebuilding my poor credit score up and it’s been greatly improving. Yes, there are fees, but only if you don’t pay on time, do cash advances, and that’s all in the fine print when applying so make sure to read that to know what you’re getting. There is also a fee if you do an express debit card payment, but if have payment directly taken from bank account there is none. I’ve done it multiple ways and each post very fast. Debit payment is same day whereas bank account payment has been 1-2 days before posting. You can setup autopay with amounts of your choice like pay min balance only, full balance or other of your choice or do manual payments. Been able to cancel payments, edit payments, and use app with no problems. If you ever do have problem or hard time finding features, you can also login desktop website. I also expected higher interest rates because of my poor credit score, but also this is only company that approved me for two lines of each being 1k even with poor score which I appreciate in having and working on improving my score again. Use wisely if you’re rebuilding and I suggest paying off full balance monthly to have less interest build up each month and try to aim for less than or 30% utilization of your overall credit limit to build credit.

It’s alright, I guess. The app is so simple which people may like but I wish they had more things I could tinker with. It charged me a $60 annual fee when I first opened the account.. I had no idea it had an annual fee when I first applied. Never in my right mind would I buy myself a credit card when I could just apply for a secured credit card. If I was going to get approved for this then I would have tried a different card. Wish I’d noticed the annual fee when I was applying cause I don’t like paying them money that I don’t receive back. I’m not okay with this. I feel like I’ve been robbed. Not much to do on the app but see credit score, get the available balance, available credit, make a payment. I don’t like simple I prefer a more in depth credit card app. SMH.. Not even sure which bank they use cause I couldn’t find it anywhere on the app. I hope I made the right decision because if not I’m down -$60 in the hole. Someone help! Overall the app is looks very cheap and super old school looking. Y’all could have tried a little harder. Would not recommend because it has too many faults!

Because after my feedback CONCORA CREDIT took the time to read and reply which shows me they are listening to their card holders feedback which is a good start & will help the future of this app & their cards & products going forward… Hello so I have seen reviews on Celtic bank about how indigo card didn’t have any app , so I m glad you guys finally got one up for it , I don’t have my card yet but I will say I’ve logged in a few times to check the app out , I have other cards with fully functioning apps , this one is on its way I’ll say that but please you there is so much you need to add , biometric log in , or pin log in having to use a password every time is a pain , I noticed no document center with info needed that needs added only basic stuff shows (again it’s better then nothing ) but if you want customers to stay they need to feel safe & valued able to see finances & a functioning help center possible chat option card holders don’t want to feel sub prime . This card has potential above others in its class . If you take the time to invest in card holders more will apply. Other then that im just super happy there is at least a functional app ( bare bones ). But there ! Here’s hoping updates help bring it to life .
