The app is pretty horrid and there is no way that people are giving it 5 stars knowingly. Constant freezing/failed api calls.
Features are constantly being removed (e.g. there used to be a chat feature, appointment scheduler). The only way to get help is to call customer support, which can only help you with cookie cutter problems.

I downloaded the app but the interface is completely blank. I can click on my name but there are no other buttons except for “tutorials”. There is no chat button just my name which allows me to look at my profile.
