When I started with this portal it was fine. Since then it hasn’t updated the information I have put in.I have since purchased the repair software for myself. I don’t use the portal because of the way it was responding the first time.
I have been trying for months to reset my password but every time I click the link that was forwarded to my address I’m told the page can’t be found or they are “working on it”. Very frustrating
