Fanytel is a decent app. The phone number prices are fair, the phone number works well, and it receives calls. But a few things could be changed. First off, the interface of the app is a bit old. A more cozy looking interface (with a dark mode option) would attract more users. Also, customer support is not bad, but it’s not 24/7 and is a bit slow. WhatsApp is a pretty good choice tho. Also I sometimes have issues with receiving sms and verification codes which I was wondering if it can be fixed. Overall, though, it is a fairly simple and decent app and I don’t have many issues with it.

Never seen any app with such an excellent customer service like this and a quick fix of bug. Didn’t take up to 30 minutes to get response after texting them on WhatsApp and the bug I complained about was fixed immediately. Excellent!!!

This is the best Voip services i have ever used. Not only cheap but also have a quick and responsive customer care service.
I have a suggestion. Ill be happy if you can fix it in the next update. I have 2 numbers. When i have a missed call. It doesn’t indicate what number out of the two was called. I really enjoyed your service but I’ll be happy if that’s fixed.
