My family and I are traveling to Europe for several months. We got slynumbers so people can call us on US numbers for personal and work wherever we are. For me, it was an added advantage that I can also use the number when I sign up for things like products (I just used it to sign up for ChatGPT) and my wife can put the phone number on her business's website so people can contact her and not have her actual cell number. Great price and works great!

The overall idea of the app is great, however, (1) would love the ability to send same text to multiple phone numbers. (2) for me this next flaw is MAJOR: for outgoing AND incoming calls (and texts) the timestamp is WRONG—it shows as “Yesterday” at an arbitrary time. It is crucial for me to know when I missed a call or when a voicemail was left. This bug popped up after using the app for a few months. (3) would be nice to know if text cannot be delivered because it’s a land line (texts sent regardless of ability for them to be received or not). I am still using app but looking for alternative.

I write reviews all the times : good or bad. I am a fair minded and a reasonable person. I must say that I am very impressed with SLYNUMBER. First and foremost , their porting department really know what they are doing. After Skype dumped their subscribers, I started looking all over the internet for another that can help me port my number. I have tried 5 different companies.
