This app has amazing sales all the time and freebies too! Been using for months and not 1 time have I ever paid full price for anything. Only pay shipping! 5 photos free with only having to pay $4.95 for shipping! Photo quality is great and if you have an issue, customer service gets back to you quickly. App is very user friendly and clean to navigate. It’s nice that there are apps out there like this for those of us missing a loved one who’s incarcerated. The jail my bf is at only accepts photos straight from a company so this app is awesome and appreciated!
Only negative that stood out to me is the extra (very overpriced) charge to send a note with your pics. You can skip this option if you want, which I always do.
I will say- if they did not offer these awesome sales I would prob never order from them bc they’re expensive. But their sales are on point so don’t have to worry about that!

Nothing ever sent lost $40. I made a mistake of placing a order January 1 here we are January 27 and nothing has been delivered to the prison at all. No pictures have been delivered. I’ve called several times they cannot provide any tracking numbers or What happened to the pictures? They refused to refund the money just keep saying that they will send more pictures, but they have no way of on their website it clearly states they do not refund money if you never get your pictures in my world. This is called a scam.
I went to Walmart and printed my photos for less than four dollars bought a card. Put the photos in the card and mailed to the prison and it was received within seven days cost less than $10. They charge $40 and never deliver. It seems like a scam. Their customer service is so poor all they will tell you if they’ll send more photos at a later date once again they cannot give you a tracking number nor tell you when they’re gonna actually send the photos.
Stay away from this company. All they’re doing is taking advantage of the families who have people incarcerated.
About Inmate Photos, send to prison

It is very easy to use our app:
* Sign up using your email address, Google, Facebook, or Apple account
* Specify the inmate you intend to send photos to by entering their federal BOP register number or by selecting the state, facility, and ID number for the jail they are at

* Upload photos from your device, Facebook, or Google Photos
* Add a personalized message
* Confirm your address so the facility knows where to send any photos that violate their rules to
* Place your order
While we do not send greeting cards, videos, organize visits, or transfer money, our focus is to make sending pictures, photo books, and postcards easy and affordable. You can also support the inmate's mental health by using our app to send Sudoku puzzles and how-to-draw tutorials.
While Securus, Corrlinks, and jPay print photos in black and white ink on plain copy paper, Inmate Photos will connect the inmate with a high-quality professional print in full-color. Freeprints services charge up to $9.99 for shipping. Our shipping charge is never more than $5.95, and from time to time we do offer free prints to our users.
All inmates receive a mugshot when they arrive at a facility, but that is the only photo they will receive before getting out outside of a civilian sending them photos.
Pictures sent by you can cheer up the people in your network of friends and loved ones who are at a low point in their life. Being a pen-pal and sending photos can really help put an inmate in a better state of mind and remind them that you care.
The United States houses 2.2 million inmates, which is 25% of the world’s incarcerated population. We are a service for imprisoned people, their friends, and their relatives.
Prisons have rules and regulations about delivering physical items to the inmates. We help you comply with those rules and ensure that the photos get delivered to the inmate.
We currently service all federal facilities and are constantly adding state prisons and county and city jails.
