FreePrints, has not failed to leave me satisfied. The work is always superior. I am always satisfied with the finish work. I have several walls of displayed work per month request and it always comes in the time sometimes earlier than what I expect. I’ve been using this service for about eight years and all eight years I am completely happy with the things that I’ve ordered and received for free.

I’m having so much fun with this app. I love how I can create the pictures the way I want and be creative in doing it. The app has many styles to choose from and you can organize them the way you want. The app is very easy to use. I like the fact that you can get one free print a month but if you want to order more than one print a month the extras are a reasonable price. The paper quality is of very good quality and the pictures come out excellent. The colors are rich and vibrant. I enjoy using this app and seeing my memories come to life in a beautiful way.

Ordered from this app before and the app needs a huge update. I have a ton of pictures on my cloud 82,000 and whenever I want to select pictures it takes a very long time to load. The software is slow to the point I have just cancelled the print job. Recently, I placed an order for a poster I made for my older parents. I paid for a hanging frame and some adhesive “command hooks” so i could hang the poster for my parents. The hook does not work for the style poster frame, it will hang the poster BUT will show the mounting hook on the wall. These are made for hanging picture frames that have their cord secured from the middle of the picture frame. Their poster frames have their cord secured at the top, i made the string super short and it still revealed the cord. Lastly, make sure you check the pictures before you send them. in one picture shot of my parents my father has head cut off. I reached out to customer service snd they claim they print as they receive and I could have sworn that picture was good when sent. Overall I think I will be looking into shutterfly or looking for something else. The adhesive strip was only $5.00, but I had to use an anchor and screw to hang the poster.
