Please dont use this app. All the good reviews are fake (One of my friend was given money to rate 5 starts to this app which I got to know very recently. They have agents to do all these works). There is a big scam mafia going behind winzo. Its totally not genuine. When you enter any playing room, you can hear the audio from other players. If you listen carefully, multiple audios will have same voice and same words. Initially if it is your first time or if you are playing after a long time with small amounts, you will always win. I will give a good example of mine. When I was playing with less than 1000 rupees, I used to win and lose with same probability, all around I would gain around 200 or 500. But once when I increased the amount, there was literally no game that I won. This app could sense the addiction level of humans and the team clearly predicts. I had lost more than 1.2 lakh in 2 days. And the doubt is , I dint even win for a single time throughout the time of investing that 1.2 lakh. How is that literally possible. Being an engineer, I would say, while programming for dices, same probability will be given to all numbers. But here, if you spend more amount, your dice will give values 1 and 2 only. You will see honesty when you play for the initial 1 week. This is a very big scam and the government should take action on this. They are literally fooling Indian people in the name of gambling. Please refer to same kind of reviews from quora also. If any government authorities / cyber crime analysts are viewing this comment, please conduct enquiry and save people money from this scam. After losing all my money, I analysed the game and got to know this. And this is the reason why this app was banned in tamilnadu.

It is a wonderful app, however I am facing an issue recently. I have played the games without any hacking or cheating, however, suddenly it still shows “your mania account has been temporarily blocked”. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app on the same device with the same number, now it is showing “connect your device to the internet.” It is connected to the internet and all other apps are running quite smoothly. Please look into this. And it will be great if the app has a support or assistance section where these types of issues can be reported. The “report disput” section on transaction history is very specific for transaction related problems only, the problem that I am facing is not transaction related. It would be nice if there is a support section where general problems with the app could be reported. Thank you!

This is a scam and beware. I give no rating to this because I lost so much money around playing this useless game. Initially it would let you win for smaller amounts but once when u start putting up more money, the game will be automated and the computer with fake name will win the game and not others. Out of 4 in the contest three will be common people who loose money. The computer generated user profile will be as normal and same as other and you could identify that only when you see the moves (in Ludo) happening so quickly and so rightly. This is fraud, raised 100’s of refund requests but no use you get an automated predefined message from support. PAAVAN NANDA a big scammer and not sure how Dhoni could endorse this game. Again the screen goes white - suddenly you loose money. The games starts and ends without even playing - you loose money, worst case you win the game and YOU LOOSE MONEY from your wallet. Dint believe this person and game. Those of you believing it’s true please know this is fake and donot go by fake reviews.
