Deep Rooted-Farm Fresh To Home

I have been using their services for a few years now, and have been very happy with the quality and delivery of their vegetables and leafy greens. They need to improve on the variety of fruits offered and the quality of fruits offered. I don’t always get fruits that ripen correctly. So, I’m always doubtful when I order fruits from them. Overall, the experience has been good, but would recommend the company to work on fruits section.

Now a days the veggies I receive they are not as fresh as my first 2 orders. Most of them are rotten inside the package when I open or after a day preservation in the room temperature they are getting mushy especially carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, cauliflower, cabbage. I tried to reach out support but no response, pathetic support service. I was thinking during my first 2 orders that these guys are Unique but I guess gradually even these guys are also like most others out there and adapting for stupid business strategies to close out their startup soon. They even started increasing their prices like reducing price on one item and increasing it over the 3 items. I would recommend people there are other startup’s in this field have come already and serving the quality business. Please go with them and support them.

I have been purchasing vegetable with big basket for long time however they often get stale or will either come rotten . I found deep rooted in insta and immediately installed it . The options are good . At least for me and the quality is amazing . I have placed order thrice and have never seen issues with either of the vegetables . The best part is the vegetables stay fresh long I. Refrigerator which won’t my heart . Thank you for being such an amazing provider I am certainly deep rooted to your services .
