The buttons necessary to use the app are outside of the screen because the app appears to be functioning as if it’s zoomed in. I don’t have access to different tabs under the loyalty section because those features are off the screen compared to my friends phone which displays it normally. Don’t know who coded this app but they should go back and try again.
We frequent Jittery’s often and often use the app to order ahead. Apparently we still accrue points, but only redeemable at the Square register. Would love it if we could redeem rewards in app!
An employee took our well-worn punch card and said our points would be added to the app. No cigar. There’s also no evident way to redeem in-store purchases via the app. Hopefully that’s added. Still our go-to coffee shop but the app has a long way to go from a UI/UX standpoint. I’m sure it’ll get there!
