I am extremely grateful for this app and the concept behind it. I would suggest that users be able to order by most recent reviews or filter by a specific date for reviews to see the most recent (in my opinion, valuable) information about a doctor/hospital/etc. I’d also like the ability to filter on the hospital/care facility/care taker/doula to see specific reviews regarding them. These would be great enhancements to the app.

Thank you so much for making this app, unfortunately the only way to fight against discrimination in these hospitals and reverse the disturbing maternity mortality rates African-American women are facing is to hit them where it hurts….. their pockets. Sadly hospitals aren’t what they used to be, nearly every hospital has a CEO running it nowadays and it’s only when they’re losing money that these corporate minded maternity wards finally start taking things seriously. If this App can influence them to finally start providing better care to African-American mothers than you’ve done a great thing and saved countless lives from suffering needlessly due to medical malpractice and lack of adequate care. I hope that more people download your app and write hospital reviews because it’s only with more users that we can bring about the change required to end these truly horrific maternity morality rates.

I was excited to download this app but once I downloaded and got into it I was quite disappointed. First, they ask you an 8 question personal data which only one has “prefer not to answer”. I’m not quite sure why they need that information(income and such). Race, I would under stand if it was put near the review but I did not see it there so why ask? Second, there is this invisible box that cover up the text I’m writing. Three, when I go to search nothing is coming up. I’m not able to search by state, you must have a specific name of a hospital to find anything and still nothing.
It’s a wonderful idea but needs work. Maybe give the option of prefer not to say, and make it possible to search by state.
