Been trying for a year to get into app but always get message that it doesn’t work. Called 3 times and was told that app was being improved and would be up soon. Never has happened. So frustrating. Shouldn’t have to call them every month.

Can’t get in and when I get in on the browser there’s nothing to see. I want to be able to access my account info without making a phone call.

What a piece of junk. You would think for how much insurance costs they would at least have an app that is functional. Geez
