TatvaCare has a good concept, and the software itself is reasonably functional for appointment scheduling and clinic management. We have been using it for our practice, and it has helped streamline several day-to-day operations. However, the biggest drawback is the extremely poor customer support. Technical issues and queries often go unanswered for long periods. The WhatsApp support is unresponsive, phone calls are rarely answered, and follow-ups require repeated reminders. Our experience with the assigned relationship representative, Mr. Sandeep, has also been disappointing. On multiple occasions, site visits were promised but did not happen, and communication has been inconsistent. When a clinic depends on software for daily operations, reliable support is just as important as the software itself. I genuinely believe TatvaCare has the potential to be an excellent platform, but unless the company significantly improves its customer service, response times, and accountability, it will continue to frustrate its users. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and invests in a stronger customer support system, because the product deserves better after-sales service.
