Created an account and deposited money no issue. Tried to withdraw the exact same amount after being rejected for a bet, was then told I had to verify my account. After trying 30 times, the process didn't work and I have subsequently spoken to 10 different people who we re extremely unhelpful and just told me the same thing over and over. I emailed the required documents through and a day later received an email saying my account was now closed which wouldn't have been an issue...... but there was no mention of my £400!!! This company allows you to deposit as much money as you like knowing that they can just make up a reason not to let you verify your account and steal your money. Absolute disgrace of a bookmakers who, from reading the reviews, have done this to so many people without a care in the world. Conned and still waiting for my money and wondering what profit pile they've put it in!!

This is the worst betting platform! You can make a deposit in a few seconds, but when trying to withdraw any funds all withdrawal were unsuccessful. I contacted customer support on the chat and every time I got the same explanation that my bank rejected the transaction. I made another deposit from a different bank who was of course successful, but the withdrawal still unsuccessful. Hopefully I will be able to withdraw the money and never use this platform again! I would suggest to avoid this company!

I don’t understand who wrote and gave good reviews about this betting sight?! But let me let you in a true secret about bet score or live score or anything else they call themselves these days,I suggest you try to join their on line betting app and see what they say after you’ve wasted 10-15 minutes of your time to fill in their app questionnaires and right at the end you will be sent a preset with their final decision which”I don’t wanna ruin the surprise “but it will make your head turn 360 digress?!ok I tell you what the surprise is:A BIG FAT NO?!!!! seriously I was flabbergasted as normally if you are not accepted or aren’t allowed to jon,they open the app for you and let you know say if you don’t have the right identification or whatever and then apologise to you and say you can not Join! But I’ve never seen a on line gambling app refuses a punter from joining for no reason at all?!! It couldn’t be because of bad credit??!! Because it’s got nothing to do with them and as far as ID,s goes normally you get over a week to produce them,but these guys sent me as BIG FAT NO right after I pressed the submit box,and right away said”sorry you haven’t met our requirements to join,so therefore you are not accepted?!!!looooool LMFAO!!!!!stupid people who are running this,it is you and your betting company who needs my money,or our money,NOT US,YOU STUPID D Hs
