I have an inexpensive fitness tracker. It requires the use of this software. Otherwise users can’t even set the time. Unfortunately the software notifications are all written in an the characters of an Asian language which I do not speak or read. The settings that are in English are poorly translated. For instance, users are instructed to “bind” their device instead of “pair” their device. In spite of the challenges I was able to successfully use the tracker and the software for several weeks. Today when I attempt to bind my device, I get an error message that I can’t understand and I can’t progress past it.

I use this on my iOS device. Will not recognize where I am so the weather is wrong. I set to US measurements and miles 12 hour clock, rather than Kg etc 2400 but will not save my setting. The features will give you the feedback as described. I have had trouble with sms notices pushing to the watch. Spoke with tech support they had no solution and seemed very ignorant to the product. Also, it would be nice if the app would communicate with the apple iOS health app and populate that information.

This is the App for my Attack watch. It continually disconnects from my watch which means having to put the settings back in each and every time. It does not connect to ios health but the description says that it does. Not impressed with it and wish that Attack would find another app to work with their watches. 6 Dec 22; the update that just came out today does Not work at all with my Attack watch!! Please fix immediately!
