PocketApp: Send & Manage Money

A friend introduce me to this app and it has been wonderful until recently it starts misbehaving. I made a transfer of ngn 5000 on 20th of September 2024 and it shows successful the following morning the person called me that he didn't receive the and i checked and discovered the transfer failed and didn't reverse either so i did another ngn 5000 to the person again few minutes later it still shows failed so i email the support to kindly reverse two failed transactions and they reverse only one that's ngn 5000 and until now i haven't received the ngn 5000 despite all the emails sent to the support team.

This app from piggyvest is very responsive and reliable. It’s a great effort put in by the developer. The user interface is very exciting. Resolving issues is very swift. I had a restriction on my account and within 30 minutes, I got it resolved via their twitter handle. It’s a highly recommended app for you and your business.

Its just unfortunate that I didn’t read the reviews before funding this app I made deposit from my PiggyVest and its been more than two hours I haven’t received it and I can’t even access the app it keeps on saying network error even on wifi Very useless app Wish there was anything less the 1 star
