Worst. App. Ever. Trying to create an account and half way through filling out the form, it starts jumping around and you can’t click on anything. Forced to close down the app and try again for it to happen right at the same time. Tried on a different phone and it freezes while filling out the form. Gave up completely and deleted the app. This app needs a lot of work before it’s let out into the world.
I am a regular customer and an Uber Eats driver, but after my experience tonight at Amalfi Pizza Wendouree (March 11, 10:50 PM), I will never step foot in this establishment again. While picking up an order, I politely asked the staff member (an Indian male in a black T-shirt) for an estimated wait time. Instead of a professional response, he took offense at a simple question and maliciously filed a false report against my Uber account, claiming "someone else was driving." This was a blatant, intentional lie. My profile photo is clear, and there is zero chance of a mismatch. He used a false report as a weapon simply because he didn't like being asked how long the food would take. This kind of "scam" reporting puts people's jobs at risk. If this is how they treat the people delivering their food and their regular customers, they don’t deserve your business. I urge everyone to boycott this store. They lack basic manners and integrity. Plenty of other pizza shops in the area actually respect the community.
The UI and simple and easy to use, never had a problem with the interface. Only issue i’ve had is the new rewards system doesn’t seem to count every visit, I’ve been on 3 stamps for the past 7 visits, not entirely sure what causes this. Otherwise, great app.
