Used to apply points for big purchases now this functionality is switched off. If you don’t want my loyalty then fair enough, there are other Donut shops around.

I received an invitation last week to complete a survey by 28 May 2024. Post submitting the survey received multiple, unable to locate server errors when trying to sign in. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app as part of troubleshooting activities on my iPhone 15 running the current iOS software. I’m no longer receiving this error, but I’m now unable to log into my account and redeem my free doughnut and any points that I have received for purchases today.
