I ordered the Dragon Exclusive for 2, which included the Asian Crispy Chicken with Steamed Rice. The app photo shows the chicken with white mayo, but it was served with orange sweet chili mayo instead. I later noticed the description mentions sweet chili mayo, so the restaurant served the correct item. It’s disappointing of course, the photo is misleading and caused unnecessary confusion. Please update the photo to match the actual product so customers know what to expect.
Have been a long time Noodle Box customer & since joining ATE Rewards I’ve been so impressed with the number of rewards i have been able to redeem. I also recently discovered Supreme Leader Korean chicken, yum! Love that I can also order this as well & Noodle Box at the same time.
PROS: I like how it tells you the time that the order will be ready. You can choose a pick-up time. You can add order notes if you have any special instructions for the place. Regular updates to squash bugs and improve the app. HOW TO MAKE IT BETTER: Add a notification when the order is ready. When saving an order as a Favourite, also save the location so that we don’t have to select the place each time we order. Six tabs along the bottom is too many, it looks cluttered. Move reward points to the HOME tab, move OFFERS to the ORDER tab, and remove the FIND tab - then you’ve got three tabs, which is plenty. If I search the name of the place in my iPhone, the app doesn’t show up - fix this. Add support for dark mode, it’s easier on the eyes. Get rid of ALL-CAPS everywhere - we don’t need to be yelled at. CONCLUSION: A good app, with some room for improvement. If you liked this review, please long-press it and mark it as “helpful.”
