They’re sizes run super big a XS is like a M. They are horrible at updating they’re app, be aware that if a item is low in stock in your size it’s most likely OUT of stock. Sometimes when the item is out of stock, you can still order it and you don’t even get a full refund! So you get the disappointment of not getting your item and you don’t get your money back. Also most of the time when the item is completely out of stock it’s not coming back. Thank you hope this helped!

The app itself is fine. But this is legitimately the only platform I could find to give feedback, as the website does not offer a place to review individual items. I ordered the “latte rainbow cozy sweatshirt” in a 3XL as a gift for my sister. I was with her when she tried it on, and was surprised at the quality of the material. It is significantly more stiff than I expected, which made us worried. My sister typically wears an XL, and we wanted an oversized fit, as advertised, so I ordered up two sizes. The item fit like a 2XL, and for the labelled “3XL” for the size, the sleeves, shoulders, and length of the sweatshirt did not reflect what was anticipated. My sister is 5’7, and the sweatshirt barely hit her mid-thigh. It troubles me that reviews are “closed” on your website - especially because, when I used the search bar to find them, a page showed up with a glimpse at some pre-existing reviews, which promptly disappeared, showing the option to read and write reviews was once available. The sweatshirt is cute, but it is NOT true to a 3XL size, not in the slightest. The outside material was also a bit of a surprise.
