Makes everything easier and fast
Many fields are required to fill in before proceeding, but either the field is pre-populated with the information from the picture and the app doesn’t register that the field is already populated or there is no keyboard and only a drop down menu with limited choices. For example, the app requires you to input your nationality, but only 10-15 countries pop up. I cannot choose the correct country because it is not on the drop down menu therefore I cannot proceed with the application process.
