Sadly, the App has a few glitches that prevent you from opening the pages. To start, you must accept their privacy updates but when you click accept, it brings you back to the login page. Can never log in.

It just doesn’t let you login. (1) They released this app to AppStore without doing any quality check at all. How incompetent of an organization you have to be to do that? (2) They are making absolutely any effort to fix this. I see users reported this many months ago. They don’t seem to care. How inconsiderate can organization has be to their users to pay no attention to user feedback? (3) Mobile pass was a privately developed application that worked perfectly well two years ago. What does CBP do? They disallowed it and all private apps? How poor planner an organization has to be to disallow something that is working only to replace it with completely broken app? (4) They spent our (tax payers) money to build this. How wasteful an organization has to be to do that?

I cannot login. It just keeps taking me back to the same screen over and over again (accept the terms, then back to login), round and round I go. Looking at the other reviews, this is been a problem for quite a while, and nobody seems to know about it or read these reviews. And of course, you certainly cannot contact anyone in the government to tell them about the problem. They remain unreachable in their ivory towers.
