Ok so this review is going to be raw and honest I deducted one star for one simple reason and that was due to a lack of communication from the team before I began I would like to say if that did not happen they would receive 5 stars from me and here are their pros -you pick your shifts -can offer a schedule -daily pay -100% of funds -fast with time sheets -platform is pretty dope -can speak directly to your team through the app -if manager isn’t Available you get help from someone else -it’s 24/7 help Cons -lack of communication when it comes to why there is a hold on your check -facilities on the platform they aren’t actually partnered with yet which is confusing -the rate of pay could be set to the one rate for specific facilities especially depending on the distance -the bonuses could be a little better especially when you work for a facility offering them but you can’t participate your trying to reach just 15 dollars for 200 pts no disrespect but 15 dollars is nothing especially with taxes -could use more states so if you are licensed in other states you can work as well Overall this is a cool platform easy money , easy to talk to someone and also easy to get started abd it’s at your discretion no contracts no being told when you work !!!!

This app needs a lot of bugs fixed. Recently got the app, it was good for the first 2 weeks. Now I am experiencing MANY issues: the app alerts me that new shifts have opened near me (do not show up on map) the alert says it was posted a few seconds ago and it will say that all day and when I request the shift from the alert section the shift does not show up under “pending”, I also request several shifts and it says a manager will call the facility yet it does not show my requested shift in pending. The new shift alerts do not show up in the map as well so I am not able to see the new shifts posted on the map or list. I also have issues with getting notified a shift was “accepted” I will receive an email yet it will only show up in my “shifts” then later on I go back and it’s gone. If I am to work a shift and it is no longer on my scheduled shifts than that can be an issue as I requested and agreed to that shift and it’s not showing anymore and I do not want to seem as though I am unreliable when I expect the ALLshift app to work properly. I also messaged tech help but it’s taking a while for their response. I also think it takes way to long to get a shift approved. This app needs to be easier for users! Please fix the app or you’ll be losing staff, thank you!

First and foremost I received an email over a month ago stating I would be compensated $15 for writing a review. Telling me that 4 star and above is nice. I haven’t been paid for almost a month for my last job/assignment. They bait and switch. They send texts stating that they have raised wages across the board, yet they’re the lowest you’ve seen. Period. My shifts were booking for $38-50 an hour and I would log in to check my schedule and they would go down to an insulting (illegal bait and switch) of $22 and $26 if they’re being generous. There’s an extremely hostile worker that you get to deal with by the name of Skyler Maner. I ended up in a facility where there was a C-Diff and patient was allowed to roam around freely infecting everyone. Then the next facility, the following day, is Covid positive, has the the flu, pneumonia etc. which I have proof of Skyler stating there’s no hazard pay. Yet there was no prior forewarning of the infectious environments I would be entering. Yes it is part of the job, but this is crucial to know. Because that same facility I was let in through several passcodes, and due to being agency was not allowed to know the passcodes in or out. Even if we were all agency we had to wait for someone to come and allow us in/out. Ensuring we had to stay for the assignment, even when deemed unsafe.
