First and foremost I received an email over a month ago stating I would be compensated $15 for writing a review. Telling me that 4 star and above is nice. I haven’t been paid for almost a month for my last job/assignment. They bait and switch. They send texts stating that they have raised wages across the board, yet they’re the lowest you’ve seen. Period. My shifts were booking for $38-50 an hour and I would log in to check my schedule and they would go down to an insulting (illegal bait and switch) of $22 and $26 if they’re being generous. There’s an extremely hostile worker that you get to deal with by the name of Skyler Maner. I ended up in a facility where there was a C-Diff and patient was allowed to roam around freely infecting everyone. Then the next facility, the following day, is Covid positive, has the the flu, pneumonia etc. which I have proof of Skyler stating there’s no hazard pay. Yet there was no prior forewarning of the infectious environments I would be entering. Yes it is part of the job, but this is crucial to know. Because that same facility I was let in through several passcodes, and due to being agency was not allowed to know the passcodes in or out. Even if we were all agency we had to wait for someone to come and allow us in/out. Ensuring we had to stay for the assignment, even when deemed unsafe.

This app needs a lot of bugs fixed. Recently got the app, it was good for the first 2 weeks. Now I am experiencing MANY issues: the app alerts me that new shifts have opened near me (do not show up on map) the alert says it was posted a few seconds ago and it will say that all day and when I request the shift from the alert section the shift does not show up under “pending”, I also request several shifts and it says a manager will call the facility yet it does not show my requested shift in pending. The new shift alerts do not show up in the map as well so I am not able to see the new shifts posted on the map or list. I also have issues with getting notified a shift was “accepted” I will receive an email yet it will only show up in my “shifts” then later on I go back and it’s gone. If I am to work a shift and it is no longer on my scheduled shifts than that can be an issue as I requested and agreed to that shift and it’s not showing anymore and I do not want to seem as though I am unreliable when I expect the ALLshift app to work properly. I also messaged tech help but it’s taking a while for their response. I also think it takes way to long to get a shift approved. This app needs to be easier for users! Please fix the app or you’ll be losing staff, thank you!

I got the app around February and started booking shifts in March. As soon as I requested a shift I got an email stating they were contacting the facilities. They get back to you with a shift approval or decline pretty fast. There are a bunch of open shifts, it just depends on how far your willing to drive. There’s some that are close to home, I live in a small town and they had some shifts in this small town. In the bigger cities there are a bunch of shifts which makes it ideal for people living in or around big cities or if you want to take a business trip and enjoy the beach on the days or times you don’t work. It’s convenient, flexible, and you choose when you work. You have the freedom to work as much or little as you want. Weekly pay is nice and after working a certain amount of hours they give you bonuses.
