The game is really fun but it won’t give the stuff from the offer after I already purchased it so can you fix it

Great game but no support!
I love the game. It is very fun! But recently the video ads have stopped working and I can’t watch ads to earn chests/rewards. I love in USA, California. Maybe ads got region blocked all of a sudden here? Weird… Also it looks like the developers have abandoned the game completely based on them not responding to my numerous emails to them.
