The app has great qualities and offers a variety of exercises . It is clean, concise and challenging. I like that I am not bombarded with ads about diets that fall short of the benefits expected by dieters. It is far superior than most apps; however, it could be perfect if users could make adjustments like being able to adjust the time between the next exercise, or if it had an audible countdown to let users know when the next exercise was starting versus going right into it without notice. Also like all exercise app it has flaws by not depicting the correct exercise. For example, for windshield wipers it show air squats and for plank reachers it shows nothing. Short of the aforementioned, it has great potential.
My spouse and I weren’t in good shape. Both former athletes but 2 kids, 2 jobs and turning 40 caught up to us. We started doing the full body workout in the evening after the kids went to bed, while watching tv. It was hard to do but also hard to make excuses to NOT do it. I mean, we HAD 15 minutes! So we did it. 5+ nights a week. The results were shocking. Our cardio health is amazing. Now we don’t run after the kids, we run with them. We both look better - toned and fit. Amazing what 15 minutes a day can do for a month. Try this app and don’t give up if it’s hard. I did the push ups on my knees forever.
So I just got this app and right off the bat I liked it. There wasn’t to many links and other places to go it helped you get right to the point. Also it showed you what to do while you were doing your work out and gave you breaks in between. This is not like some apps where you need subscribe give them 10 bucks a month then you cant use the app it gives you a work out and other options for where you want it to effect. I love how you could make your own tailored work out because I play a lot of sports so I need to be fit and this similar to what we do in a practice so now I can do it at home. Over all this is a great app
