I just started a new job and it was introduced to me on my first day. I thought to myself that I wouldn’t need it because I bring my own lunch to work. But then one day I forgot my lunch one day decided to try it instead of going off campus for something. Ordering something for pick up at my scheduled lunch time was quick and easy. My food was hot, fresh, and ready at my scheduled pickup time. I would definitely recommend it
Really easy to use app in terms of navigation and it makes it super easy to order from the place near where I work and be able to just swing by and pick it up rather than wasting time ordering and waiting however it doesn’t seem to want to let me add a debit or credit card as payment method and is only accepting Apple Pay. Also there is a problem sometimes that when I order multiple meals part of it will not get sent over to the place I’ve ordered from so I have to wait once I arrive and provide them confirmation that I did pay for that food for them to make it since they don’t have a ticket for it. If they could make some bug fixes happen in regards to updating payment method and sending orders over in full then I would change this to 5 stars.
Updated review on September 3rd, 2021: This update brought “Apple Pay” as a payment option! good job; I will use this app now. Thanks. Review on July 8th, 2021: Why isn’t there an option to pay with Apple Pay/Apple Card?! it seems the best option instead of entering my credit card information again into an app that I don’t know how secure my information is being stored. This is really an unforgivable missing feature that will prevent me from using this app until such feature is added on your next release update. Thanks.
