Fitness App (Spur.fit)

I have been using this app for about 3 months. My trainer not only is kind but also knowledgeable and helps push me to my fullest potential. It’s easy to use, and helps me stay constant! Sometimes the app glitches but closing and then opening it seems to solve it. Love this app!💪🏼

Spur fit gives its members access to a trainer who is easily accessible . Member gets matched with a trainer and works with the matched trainer . Trainers build a routine based on the members needs. I’ve personally had a great experience using the app and highly recommend it .

After downloading the app and taking a personalized quiz, you can choose your trainer. Your coach has an intro call with you, then creates a personalized routine for you to follow. I chat with my coach once every couple of days, and he keeps me on track. I went traveling and he fully catered to my plans, designing hotel room style workouts. The flexibility of the app/coaches is amazing. I even missed a few days and my trainer checked in on me to make sure everything was okay. High quality trainers, high quality app.
