Chai Point

Today when I ordered through app the order didn’t reached store counter, but deducted from wallet. The store counter colleague have no clue to handle such issues. So I had to order again and lost money of previous order. No refund process with in app. In such cases you should have customer support within app as a part of help section. It’s completely non compliance where monetary transactions are involved.

Tried multiple times to order online using app in Bangalore, first time I waited for 1 hr and no delivery was done. After many tries got connected to store and they said they can’t deliver and cancelled the order. Second time after ordering I was unable to reach the store( no one picking), or the customer care(it gets connected and then someone immediately disconnect the call) or the store manager (always busy). Then I cancelled from my side and got a message that no refund is processed. No response from customer care after that and has not got the refund. If you don’t provide a service be prompt in informing, and pls don’t make us run around for refund!!

When we went to the store to have some tea, they asked to install the chai point app and order from there. Its like its mandatory to install the app. This should not be the case.
