Really solid program, different types of exercises, most of the exercise from other programs that would be similar to this would be much more expensive. Overall very pleased. I did remove ads almost instantly but read they aren’t much a problem. I also turned on notifications and it worked well.
Short Answer: Free, Minimal ads, Packed with useful features. Long Answer: This is the only app I was able to find without a subscription. There are some ads, but very minimal. It has so many cool features, like vibration, audio, and visual cues. It also has a “privacy” function that turns the screen off, but still vibrates and/or plays sound. A very good app for male or female, and super straightforward to start and follow along with your plan. Glad I found it, and surprised others haven’t… WORTH IT!!!
I’ve been using this app for almost a month now and have definitely felt the improvement. The app gradually increases the exercises so it didn’t feel overwhelming. There are only two things I wish I could do: I wish I could rename it, for a bit more privacy in the Home Screen, and I wish we could mute the bell. I love that I can have it in my native language! I tried the free version first and got annoyed at the ads, but at least it gives you the possibility to try it before you buy it. Try it as well - it’s definitely the best one I’ve found so far!
