I love Renegade Burrito! This review is about app, and not food or people. I’d like to see three features added to the app: the ability to use and earn our rewards points, the ability to select Renegade favorites, like Lola G’s, and the ability to save previous orders (my boys and I order the same thing each time). Thanks!

This app is pretty bare bones. I don’t know if that is ChowNow’s fault or what. There’s no way to find out how long an order will take until you pay. The other day I got the bad news that one burrito would take them 45 minutes to make. There was no cancellation button. So I had to go the store, cut the line and tell them to cancel the order. Naturally, the Renegade Burrito staff told me to cancel it through the app. There is no way to do that! Finally I got a manager to agree to cancel. But he didn’t know how to do it. He had to call someone out of the kitchen to show him how. Sigh. Just add a cancel button. Or tell us how long the order will take BEFORE we pay.
