The app might have a fresh coat of paint but overall it’s worse. Predatory data tracking via essentially forcing a customer to link credit card. I don’t want to link my credit card so the third party developer can gather data just so I auto earn rewards for in store orders. There is no way to check in when ordering in store….either manually scan receipts or link credit card. Unfortunately purchasing through the app isn’t any better. No Apple Pay and no auto populate of credit card, must manually type card each time.
When it comes to food, Illegal Pete’s is awesome! Great tasting food, large portions! A great value for the money. But order the food in person. The app does not give an option for Apple Pay, not a big deal but I had to go track down my debit card to enter. Then the order was incorrect. We order two orders of nachos. One was missing the queso & green chile. Seriously how do you have nachos without at least queso?????? The other order was missing the Pinto beans. So that was disappointing. Next time I will just order in the store so I can watch to make sure they add everything.
No complaints with this app so far. To check in, you do have to order in the store it seems like, not from online. So glad to be collecting points and have their app ready for quick orders. I love that you can save your order too for a quick way to reorder.
