I have tried many different crypto trading exchanges. Many are confusing and exhausting.
Onchain is simple and offers stats that are helpful for beginners and people that have been around for a while. Onchain also offers ways to learn and earn money for learning. Staking is available I haven't tried it yet but the option is there if you're looking for something like that. I bought doge a while back with they allowed with no problem and after selling or converting it’s a pain because not one do you have to have a minimum amount of crypto to transfer but you also have to have a specific bank on their list. I tried sending to my bank and it’s not on the list therefore I just gave money sitting there. I don’t have enough cash to purchase any crypto because the minimum for most coins is over 80 bucks and worst of all is that I was told that if you sign up you get 25 bucks worth of crypto. Here’s the catch. You get 25 dollars off their CRO crypto not of your choice and you have to enroll in some stupid credit card stake rewards for 180 days to get the 25 dollars worth of CRO . Some are 5000 CRO that had to be purchased on the stupid prepaid card and hold it there for the expected time period. That’s like 600 dollars to get 25 dollars . Lastly I tried to log in online and send a complaint and it stated that unfortunately since I’m in the US they cannot offer exchange services to me due to market regulations. Horrible experience and not recommended

The lack of customer support is ridiculous! You will never be able to talk with anyone in person, ever. I had all of my funds randomly transferred from my wallet to another account that I do not own. And once it’s gone, it’s gone and you don’t get it back. No matter how much you had stolen from your account. Was given the “we’re sorry, but there’s nothing we can do” message when trying to find a way to retrieve my funds back. Was told that I should never give out my recovery phrase and that it was somehow my fault for my funds being stolen. Never gave out my recovery phrase and why would I actively try to have someone hack my wallet to steal my funds???? Just ridiculous to think that my investments were never safe to begin with. So long story short, if you ever need to get help from customer support through this app, don’t expect to receive any support or assistance. Simply expect the explanation of why it’s your fault, not theirs and that they cannot help you. Good luck, and may the odds be ever in your favor.
